In 2014, Conscious Capital Inc. was founded as a holding company that owns other companies, namely for the management of investments funds and special purpose vehicles (“SPV”s) dedicated to investing in early and growth stage life sciences companies.
In 2025, Conscious Capital Events, LLC was founded to “connect family offices and fund investors in collaborative and safe environments to evaluate opportunities that create social impact beyond financial return.” Past speakers of our invitation-only events have included CEOs, economists, Nobel Prize Laureates, heads of UN agencies, heads of government, civil society leaders, KOLs at academic medical centers, authors and artists.
In 2017, Conscious Giving, Inc. was founded as a public benefit corporation to support charitable and humanitarian causes, and has since gained 501c3 tax-exempt status and Consultative Status with the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).
In 2020, Conscious Capital AG was founded to prepare companies for growth and success and to help make their intentions and vision real.
